Chargergogo forms a partnership with RMDS lab to provide data solutions for commercial venues.
FREMONT, CA: RMDS Lab and ChargerGoGo, the world's largest on-demand phone charging network, have partnered to provide data solutions for commercial venues of all kinds. Users' preferred payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Visa, as well as the time and location at which they utilized a portable charger are all securely recorded by ChargerGoGo’s charging stations. It is also possible to capture digital signage interactive data and IoT plus data, allowing commercial venues to answer deeper questions about their business' performance, get insight for crucial business decisions, and achieve competitive advantages in the marketplace.
"ChargerGoGo recently partnered with RMDS Lab to provide data analytics solutions for its location partners, which allows the businesses to combine multiple data sets with charger usage data and digital signage interactive data to answer deeper questions about their business performance and provide insight for critical business decisions,” states Alex Liu, Chief Executive Officer of RMDS Lab and former chief data scientist at IBM. “ChargerGoGo’s cellphone charging solution provides an ideal touchpoint for the offline businesses to capture user data. Starting from charger usage data analytics, we will partner to further develop IoT plus data analytics solutions to retail malls, restaurants, hotels and more.”
First, of its kind business, ChargerGoGo allows consumers to pick up a portable battery, charge their phones, and then return the battery to any nearby ChargerGoGo kiosk.
ChargerGoGo can be installed in restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, stadiums, convention centers, hotels, hospitals, and shopping centers, allowing customers to charge their phones while on the go. A growing number of businesses are incorporating ChargerGoGos kiosks as an essential amenity, including the Miracle Mile Shops and The Shoppes at the Palazzo in Las Vegas; the Las Vegas Convention Center, the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and AREA15; and Westfield Century City and Westfield Santa Anita in Southern California.
Its kiosks have configurable LED panels that may show advertising messages from the hosts and a compact, modern design with custom wrapping possibilities so that the host venue can label them with their logos or other images as a ChargerGoGo exclusive feature in addition to the portable batteries. ChargerGoGo's real-time charging sales tracking and 24/7 customer service are just two of the many features that make it a great venue choice.
“Our mission is to improve people's lives by saving them from constantly dying phones, while helping host venues boost sales, grow revenue and elevate their customer experience,” states June Zhu, Founder, ChargerGoGo. “Our vision is to bring ChargerGoGo charging stations to every commercial facility with foot traffic nationwide.”
