This was the case for Allianz Field, the newly opened cutting-edge stadium for Minnesota United FC,” recalls Wolford.

The platform is driven by analytics from a variety of data points, starting from the network infrastructure and subsequently down to ticket sales, fan seating preferences, how often the fans leave their seats, to the merchandise, food, and beverages purchased throughout the season. Monitoring the entire life cycle of the game experience helps enhance the guest experience, ensure full venue visibility for the owners, and increase per-fan revenue.

Cisco is among the preferred partners of Atomic Data to build these complex networks and help derive the data to feed its Game Day Technology platform.
